What Bluprent is
Bluprent is a hosted CRM for freelance web developers and small web studios that manage client websites.
Who it is for
Bluprent is for a web design studio of one to five people that builds sites for small businesses and sells a monthly care plan to eight or more of them. It is built first for WordPress. It also works for sites on other stacks, except the WordPress update tools.
What it does
- Monitoring. Checks uptime, SSL certificates, domain expiry, performance and homepage changes on every client site. Incidents open and close by themselves. More.
- WordPress updates. Shows core, plugin and theme versions and updates them in one click, with a backup first and a full log.

- Reports. A monthly branded PDF report, sent for review first or automatically.
- Pipeline and invoices. Deals, projects, tasks, and invoices from draft to paid.

Where the data lives and how it is protected
Bluprent is a hosted service. Bluprent runs the servers and the database. SSH credentials and WordPress application passwords are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and are never shown in the client portal. The privacy policy lists the third parties involved.
