MainWP is a WordPress dashboard you run yourself. Bluprent is a hosted CRM that also manages your client sites. The page also shows client profiles with tags, automated client reports and a client-collaboration integration. It does not list invoicing or a dedicated client portal. MainWP's Dashboard is a plugin on a WordPress site that you host, so the install, updates, backups and security of that site are yours.
