Pricing questions
Why is Bluprent invite-only? +
We hold your clients' server credentials — SSH, WordPress admin, hosting logins. Reviewing who's on the platform is operational, not a marketing gimmick. Applications are reviewed within a day or two, no call required.
What happens when I hit my website limit? +
Nothing breaks — your existing sites keep monitoring and working normally. You just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove one. Concierge has no limit.
What happens at the end of the trial? +
You pick a plan. If you do nothing, your account moves to read-only until you choose — your data is never deleted or held hostage.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes, up or down, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Do my clients count as team members? +
No. Client portal logins are unlimited on every plan — team members are the people inside your CRM.
